L'Hospitalet is a popular neighborhood in Barcelona for its proximity to the famous Camp Nou and also to the University. The flat has been completely renovated and furnished with brand new and modern furniture, the kitchen is fully equipped and all of the rooms have double beds. Please read the rental conditions before booking the apartment RENTAL CONDITION In addition to the rent, there is a one-time agency fee. This fee is calculated by multiplying the monthly agency cost (listed under “Other Costs”) by the number of months you plan to stay. Example: If the agency fee is €200 per month and you are staying for 3 months: €200 × 3 months = €600 total agency fee This fee must be paid in full before move-in. It is not paid monthly. DEPOSIT: Up to 6 months rental period: The deposit fee is one monthly rent month BILLS: The bills mentioned in the listing are an estimate, at the end of your tenancy you will be shown how much has been consumed and accordingly the difference will be charged to you or returned to you CONTRACTS: - Contracts will be sent to each tenant and guarantor’s email. The contracts should be digitally signed by everyone mentioned in the contract, including guarantor. - Contract should be fully signed before checking in CHECKIN: Tenants to arrive at our office with a valid ID between Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm to collect keys If the check in is after working hours or on weekends an agent will be sent to the apartment with keys.
